Update
Its been nearly a month and some pretty important things have happened.
Firstly, I got the job at the BBC - I'm ecstatic! It hasn't quite sunk in yet. I'm in Drama, Entertainment & Children's, based at the BBC Television Centre in Shepherd's Bush. I couldn't ask for a better job, so I'm really happy. Incidentally, Vickie also got the job - but I've hardly spoken to her in weeks.
Before I start at the Beeb, I've also (hopefully) got a break on my current film project as either 2nd or 3rd Assistant Director - that'll look good on my CV, and should help me get onto the promotion ladder at the BBC as well. It shows where my ambitions lie.
That's it for now...dissertation deadline is next Wednesday, so I'm working round the clock on it.
