:: Saturday, June 05, 2004 :: More Rejection
In yet another comical twist and turn of my life, I have also been turned down as an Election Assistant for the upcoming European elections. Woohoo!:: Friday, June 04, 2004 :: Caribbean Volunteering
Noticed an interesting opportunity today. A volunteer group are looking to assemble a team to go to Antigua to work on a local history project and oral archive, as well as all the usual conservation work. It would cost me £1850 for 3 months out there, which includes living costs and expenses - but not flights. It might be worth checking out, if the company gets back to me any time soon. Mind you, I don't know where I'd get the money from. I have no idea how many students can afford these gap years and excursions - rich parents, I guess.:: Thursday, June 03, 2004 :: Radio Chris
I've just volunteered to work at a couple of local hospital radio stations to get some experience. Let's see if anything turns up!:: Tuesday, June 01, 2004 :: Job Applications
Well, so much for MA's helping you to get better jobs! So far, I'm getting turned down left, right and centre.
